Zucchini Nut Bread

1 cup grated zucchini

1 cup sugar

1 egg

½ cup cooking oil

1 ½ cups flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. allspice

¼ tsp. baking powder

½ cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients.  Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.  Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes.
