Overnight Vegetable Salad

1 can LeSeur (English) Peas, drained

1 can Green Beans, drained

1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained

1 can Shoepeg Corn, drained

1 cup diced celery

½ cup diced green pepper

1 medium onion, diced

2 oz. Jar of pimientos, diced

Salt to taste

1 ½ cups sugar

1 cup cider vinegar

½ cup cooking oil

½ tsp. Paprika

Bring salt, sugar, vinegar, cooking oil and paprika to a boil in a small saucepan.  Stir until sugar is dissolved completely.  Pour over vegetables.  Cover tightly and store in refrigerator for about 24 hours before serving.
