Banana Bread

Cream together:

½ cup margarine

1 cup sugar

Add:

2 eggs

3 large ripe bananas, mashed

6 tbsp. sour cream

2 cups flour

¼ tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Baking soda

1 tsp. Vanilla

½ cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients well.  Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.

This recipe won first prize at the New Mexico State Fair one year.
