Artichoke Green Bean Casserole

Saute in ¾ cup olive oil:

½ cup chopped onions

3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped

Add:

1 can French-syle green beans

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

2 cans artichoke hearts, quartered

Stir all ingredients together, and put in casserole dish.  Squeeze juice of ½ lemon over the top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
