Chili Sauce

24 fresh, ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped

4 large onions, chopped

2 green peppers, chopped

2 to 4 hot peppers

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

2 cups cider vinegar

3 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. ground cloves

1 tsp. allspice

Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan.  Bring to a boil and boil for about 20 minutes.  Pack into hot, sterilized jars, leaving about ΒΌ inch headspace.  Process in water bath canner for about 15 minutes.
